I am not called Dave

“Ooooo” they say “That blog that you wrote about Karuna was brilliant”
“Oh?” I say
“It had everything, Vertexes, Karunas, Maths and it was a cartoon.” They say
“You’re only saying that because you are a geeky fan of XKCD.” I say
“You need to do more cartoons.” They say “That was your best blog for ages.”
“No.” I say “I am not Dave Walker.”
“Who’s Dave Walker?” They ask, reaching for google.
I go away. Quietly. To do some Maths.

What is the plural of Vertex anyway?

Vertices or vertexes. Now you know.

And I'm glad we've cleared up the non-existent issue with your name. :P

Vertices/what Karuna said (although I've learnt something, as I hadn't heard vertexes before!)

The real question is whether 'Karunas' is the plural of Karuna? ;)

I think you should blog about knitting and Maths...

I would have thought it was just vertices, being a derivative of a group 3 latin noun?
