(((((Yellow))))) Can you engage in any displacement activities? They wont stop Monday coming, but they might help with sleep etc. I know that may come across as patronising, but I don't mean it that way. I (like a lot of my friends) don't like to feel helpless when someone else is feeling horrible :/ (Ok, look who's talking...but never mind).
The inbuilt mental filter is a great asset here. Learn to phase the talking put in your direction. Or call everyone involved strange people. Or dance around whenever they talk. I'll have to try that last one sometime.
ouch!!! a cup of tea usually helps in such situations but then again you probably know that.
We know you're stressed, we know things are shit, but if you won't talk...?
The big problem is what can and can't be talked about (in a professional sense) :/ :(Which is why it feels like all I can say is (((((Yellow)))))) and it'll pass (mandatory meaningless statement). If it helps at all, I quite agree with you after this afternoon.
*cuddles* i know the feeling...
I'm too old to understand all this putting lots of brackets around your name (what does it mean?) but it sounds like things are really bad, for you and for others. What can I say? Am thinking of you and praying. This winter seems worse than others for being the winter of shit. Hmmm...
The brackets mean 'hugs' but in a totally friendship/we're here for you/non-contact way (my main skill in that area is falling over otherwise).I think I need to start my own blog on reasons why it would be a good idea to leave uni.
her again: what's your favourite reason for leaving uni?I could think of rather a lot as well...
