Dogs look like their owner

Having been pointed in the direction of type analyser by the Church Mouse, I decided to try it out on several people I know. I tried the links over here ------------------------------------->

Some of these are my students and former students and the thing that surprised me is that they all...yes all of them had the same blog type as me.

This seemed to confirm my long held theory that eventually congregations start to 'look like' their vicars. This is probably because vicars attract people like them. As the results came up the same I was worried that maybe there was a bug in the programme and it was just returning the same thing every time, so I put in the blog of a particularly popular misogynist FiF vicar and it came out:

The logical and analytical type. They are especially attuned to difficult creative and intellectual challenges and always look for something more complex to dig into. They are great at finding subtle connections between things and imagine far-reaching implications.

They enjoy working with complex things using a lot of concepts and imaginative models of reality. Since they are not very good at seeing and understanding the needs of other people, they might come across as arrogant, impatient and insensitive to people that need some time to understand what they are talking about.

I love the line 'they are not very good at seeing and understanding the needs of other people.'

Says it all, really.
